The Gerry Ryan-owned Fifty Stars (Sea The Stars), winner of last year's Australian Cup (Gr 1, 2000m), will join Tom Dabernig's new Warrnambool-based stable.

The European import was trained by Dabernig at Lindsay Park when he was training in partnership with Ben Hayes. The son of Sea The Stars (Cape Cross) is one of eight horses from Lindsay Park to be transferred to Dabernig's new stable alongside juvenile filly Spinning (Pierro), who is also owned by Ryan and has been placed in her two career stars to date.

Also joining Dabernig is Flying Mascot (Tavistock), who was unplaced in her last start in the Australasian Oaks (Gr 1, 2000m) at Morphettville on May 1, stakes-placed four-year-old mare Bellx (Rock Hero) and the Swettenham Stud-owned three-year-old filly Energy Within (Toronado).
