Rosemont Stud has announced that Extreme Warrior - a Group winning son of Extreme Choice (Not A Single Doubt) - will stand his first season at stud for a fee of $24,750 (inc GST).

The Victorian farm bought into the Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr-Trained Extreme Warrior before the Listed Blue Diamond Preview (C&G) (1000m) last January. Stakes placed twice as a juvenile, Extreme Warrior's biggest victory came in this season's Group 3 Blue Sapphire (1200m), which he won by almost four lengths, and he was retired after his lacklustre run in the Group 1 Goodwood (1200m) last weekend.

Two other sons of Extreme Choice have retired to stud this year; the Newgate Farm bound pair Stay Inside and Tiger Of Malay who will stand for $77,000 (inc GST) and $16,500 (inc GST) respectively.
