Winner of the 2009 Prix du Jockey Club (Gr 1, 2100m), Le Havre stood his first season at stud in 2010 at a fee of €5,000. To date, he has sired 50 stakes winners headed by five Group 1 winners in Wonderful Tonight, La Cressonniere, Avenir Certain, Suedois and Villa Marina. From 14 runners in Australia, the son of Noverre (Rahy) has sired two stakes winners; dual Group 3 winner Auvray and Harbour Views.

Le Havre stood for a peak fee of €60,000 in 2017 and 2018 and his 2022 fee had been advertised at €40,000.
