189 lots catalogued for 2021 sale which produced Cantala Stakes winner Yulong Prince

Bloodstock South Africa has announced that 189 yearlings have been catalogued for the 2021 Cape Yearling Sale and the catalogue is now available online. The sale will be held on February 28 at Mistico Equestrian Centre with the majority of the Cape’s top farms represented. 

Recent sale graduates include South African Grade 1 winner Surcharge (Gimmethegreenlight) who won last year’s Cantala Stakes (Gr 1, 1600m) under the name of Yulong Prince. 

Sires represented at the 2021 renewal include Count Dubois (Zafonic), Duke Of Marmalade (Danehill), Gimmethegreenlight (More Than Ready), Oratorio (Danehill), Pathfork (Distorted Humor), Silvano (Lomitas), Trippi (End Sweep), Vercingetorix (Silvano) and What A Winter (Western Winter).
