A total of 596 lots catalogued to sell in June on the Gold Coast
Magic Millions announced on Friday that they have catalogued a total of 596 lots for their Gold Coast National Yearling Sale, which will run from June 1 to 3, is now available to view online.
There are 125 individual sires represented including the progeny of Capitalist (Written Tycoon), Exceed And Excel (Danehill), Extreme Choice (Not A Single Doubt), Fastnet Rock (Danehill), Frankel (Galileo), I Am Invincible (Invincible Spirit), Not A Single Doubt (Redoute’s Choice), Pierro (Lonhro), Savabeel (Zabeel) and Written Tycoon (Iglesia), as well as a yearling from the final crop of the late Arrowfield Stud-based Redoute’s Choice (Danehill) and the progeny of 20 first season sires.
No fewer than 89 youngsters catalogued are products of black type mares – including 27 from Group winners.
The sale will provide buyers with an incredible opportunity to buy a youngster eligible for the $12.895 million Magic Millions Race Series.
Many lucrative bonus opportunities will be available to buyers with 413 lots being BOBS eligible.
"This sale has produced stars all around the world," Magic Millions Managing Director Barry Bowditch said. "The highest rated horse to have ever raced in Singapore, a New Zealand Horse of the Year and winners of races like the Golden Slipper, Australian Oaks and Victoria Derby have all been purchased from the National Yearling Sale."
