Staphanos led the way at Karaka 2022 - Book 1
The first crop of Novara Park's Staphanos (Deep Impact) were sought after during Book 1 of Karaka 2022 this week, with the son of Deep Impact (Sunday Silence) proving to be the most profitable sire. Staphanos, who stood for a fee of just NZ$7,000 (plus GST) in 2019, had three lots sell at an average of NZ$268,333. Rich Hill Stud's
Vadamos (Monsun) also proved popular during Book 1 returning a profitability of 4.96%.
