Race 1: Yew Handicap

#2 Light My Day has more than enough gate speed to offset the awkward draw. Expect he rolls forward and tries to pinch this. #7 Oh Bravo has a bit of ability. He should get a nice run from gate three under Alexis Badel. #4 Incredible is after back-to-back wins and his third from the last four starts. He shot clear last time and remains a winning hope once more. #5 Sky Gem is holding his condition. He can figure again for the in-form Caspar Fownes stable.

Race 2: Palm Handicap (1st Section)

#11 Leslie looks forward enough to make an impact on debut. He's trialled up very well at Conghua and with the inside gate he looks favoured. #10 Fun N Glory can improve following his solid effort for fifth on debut. He bears close watching; the only hindrance is the wide gate. #1 Trader has claims off the back of three finishes inside the top three. Another win is nearing. #5 Beauty Live gets Joao Moreira up. He's looked sound in his workouts.

Race 3: Palm Handicap (2nd Section)

#1 Awesome Treasure can roll to the front here with ease from gate one. He looks an improving type who should get every chance by making his own luck. #14 Good Shot is better than his record suggests. He gets in light and is a threat with the huge pull in the weight scale. He's worth an each way play. #5 Eason can improve from his slashing second on debut. #11 Joyful Genius is on the steady improve. He'll be finishing fast under Luke Ferraris.

Race 4: G3 Chinese Club Challenge Cup Handicap

#2 Healthy Happy looks wound up and ready to run a race. He's first-up for Frankie Lor after bypassing last month's Hong Kong Mile and this contest looks very suitable. No distance concerns and the booking of Alexis Badel warrants respect. #7 Master Montaro has a stack of ability. He slots in light and gets his chance to claim a big scalp here at Group 3 level. He's the main danger and is worth considering on a win and place line. #6 Excellent Proposal will bounce back after his defeat at the top-level. #5 Duke Wai is next best.

Race 5: Flame Tree Handicap

#3 Storm Legend had much more to give at the tail of the field last time out as he was blocked for multiple runs in the straight. Expect an improved effort here with even luck from the inside draw. Strong booking of Karis Teetan commands respect. #2 Rise Brethren can take another step after his cracking fourth first-up. #1 Kilindini is the class runner of the field. He'll improve with the step back to this grade. #4 Turin Redsun looks like he has a bit of ability. Don't discount for the in-form Douglas Whyte stable.

Race 6: Willow Handicap

#4 Ai One is progressing nicely. He looks ready for this trip now and his pairing with Blake Shinn warrants respect. #6 Darci Joy is nothing short of consistent. He's racing in excellent form and the step up in trip is of no concern. #12 Red Elysees gets in with an inside draw and a low weight. Alexis Badel's booking is a strong one. #5 Joyful Heart is nothing short of consistent. This is a suitable contest.

Race 7: Poplar Handicap

#14 Strathmoretoo slots in light and is favoured with the inside gate. He definitely has his fair share of ability and with the right run he rates as the one to beat. #4 Light Of Wanshi is chasing back-to-back wins. His ascent through the grades doesn't look done yet. Expect another bold showing here. #13 Leading Fortune retains the services of Joao Moreira. He's rarely far away from the finish. #12 Eevee is open to improvement. It can come, especially from gate one.

Race 8: G3 Bauhinia Sprint Trophy Handicap

#5 Master Eight is looking to remain undefeated with his fifth consecutive win. He's a serious talent on the rise and he comes into this at the right time. He can win again. #2 Super Wealthy boasts two wins for two runs down the straight. His best will shine through and really test this field. #1 Computer Patch has a bit of a class-edge here. He should be in the finish. #4 Voyage Warrior is getting on in age but does boast an imposing record over the course and distance. Respect.

Race 9: Chinese Banyan Handicap

#5 Lucky With You is looking to strike up a hat-trick of wins. He's a serious talent on the rise and this contest is well within his grasp. #1 Circuit Stellar is on the improve. He's acclimatising well and looks capable of taking another step forward here. #7 Star Brite showed an incredible turn-of-foot from the rear of the field last time out. He'll press this lot. #10 Gallant Express has claims at the bottom of the scale from gate three.

Race 10: Cherry Handicap

#2 Hinchinlove should use the gate to give himself every opportunity close to the speed. Tricky contest but he shapes as an honest commodity here. #1 Fantastic Treasure is easily the best horse in the race. He's class as a five-time winner from seven starts but there are queries following his last-start struggles. #10 Packing Victory is a three-time winner from five starts. He's got ability and has also shown incredible reliability. #5 Beauty Joy bolted in from the front last time out. This is much more difficult though, up a grade.

Race 11: Cotton Tree Handicap

#7 Never Too Soon has a powerful finish when required. He's lightly raced and appears to have plenty of untapped potential. He's worth taking a chance on here. #5 Horsesain Bolt is still without a win across 14 runs. Gate five should give him his opportunity close to the speed. #6 Navas Two is after back-to-back wins. He soared to an almighty success last start does remain in contention again. #4 Mighty Valor may lead here. He gets his chance.
