Race 1: Tung Wan Shan Plate

#9 Inspiring City looks to have plenty of early talent. He's trialled well in the lead up to this and a forward showing is expected under Vincent Ho. #5 Lucky Banner has the race experience with two runs under his belt. He can take another step forward here. #3 Happy Won steps out on debut. Zac Purton's booking bears close watching for trainer Frankie Lor. #6 Our Precious finished fourth first-up. Expect an improved effort in a tricky, tricky opener at Sha Tin.

Race 2: Shouson Hill Handicap

#13 Multiple Star has mixed his form but did catch the eye three runs ago with a fast-finishing effort for third. He draws wide again but is expected to drift back to the tail of the field before letting rip late. Take a chance on him at odds. #2 Flying Mighty has refused to win a number of times. Still, he's got some ability and is worth consideration. #8 Diamond Star is racing well this season with two wins under his belt. Expect a competitive effort here. #3 Go Go Sixteen looks well placed. Next best.

Race 3: Shek Nga Shan Handicap

#2 Bundle Of Charm is looking to remain unbeaten. He looked mighty impressive on debut and he is expected to extend that sequence with victory here. Joao Moreira sticks aboard and the wide gate is the only concern. #9 Sweet Diamond has raced twice. He's showing signs of ability and should take another step forward here. #7 Glenealy Generals is a competitor in his spot. He can mount an assault on this group with the right run. #3 War Of Courage has claims and should improve getting down to Class 4. Next best.

Race 4: Sai Wan Shan Handicap

#9 Happy Trio mixes his form but has shown a stack of prowess over this course and distance. Expect a return to form under suitable conditions, especially with Lyle Hewitson retaining the mount. He can win here. #3 Super Axiom should find the front and play catch me if you can. He'll look the winner at some stage. #5 United We Stand is a threat down the straight. Expect a competitive effort. #6 Timestorm can improve following a solid first-up effort. Next best.

Race 5: Sheung Yeung Shan Handicap (2nd Section)

#8 Dazzling Fellow looks like he's improving with each run. Expect the added furlong on offer here to play a big factor for him, especially regarding his winning chances. Strong booking of Luke Currie enhances his claims as the Australian retains the ride. #3 Leather Vanguard finished second on debut. He's open to further improvement. #6 All Is Good is on the rise. He's tracking towards a first win with each and every outing. #9 Double Show is on a similar upward trajectory. Keep safe.

Race 6: Sheung Yeung Shan Handicap (1st Section)

#12 Vitralite is on the improve and looked to finally piece it all together last start, even on rain affected ground. He arguably could have won that day but found himself in the worst part of the track when it mattered most. #5 Tycoon Jewellery was sound on debut when finishing fifth. He remains an unknown but is expected to continue advancing with experience. #6 E Rainbow is on the rise and gets Zac Purton's services here. He draws well and gets his opportunity from gate four. #13 Aurora Hero slots in light. Next best.

Race 7: Lai Pek Shan Handicap

#5 Ka Ying Master won well from the front last time out. Expect he rolls forward to try and pinch this which he could easily do, especially from an inside draw. #3 Campione can be forgiven for his most recent run. Expect he bounces back to form here, particularly if he settles prominently in the run under Matthew Poon. #2 Silver Fig does his best racing over this course and distance. He'll return to form. #11 Red Desert has claims with no weight assigned. Joao Moreira's booking holds him in good stead.

Race 8: Mount Cameron Handicap

#3 Running Glory is class and it wouldn't surprise to see him halt Galaxy Witness' unbeaten run. He's a five-time winner this season, proven at multiple distances, race fit and his rise can continue here for trainer John Size. #6 Galaxy Witness is the obvious selection here as he looks to extend his unbeaten sequence to five. He's on the rise and does appear well above average but a step up in trip once more could catch him off guard. #5 All For St Paul's will take luck out of the equation by rolling forward to lead. Must respect. #1 California Ten is finding his groove again. Next best.

Race 9: Nam Long Shan Handicap

#8 Jazz Angel ticks a few boxes here. He draws well, is in form and was a strong winner over the course and distance three runs ago. He looks a solid chance for trainer Caspar Fownes. #3 Lightning Bolt doesn't know how to run poorly. He's a course and distance winner already this term and his inclusion here bears close watching. #9 Call Me Teddy sprang into action last start with a close-up defeat. He's found form and the dirt looks like his go. #10 Flying Dragon gets in light. The inside gate is suitable.

Race 10: Needle Hill Handicap

#2 Kasa Papa caught the eye on debut. He kept on strongly that day and is open to further improvement here. Derek Leung takes over now and a clear run throughout will give him every opportunity. #14 High Cloud closed well on debut for an eye-catching ninth. Expect he can take a crucial step forward here at just his second start in Hong Kong. #10 Super Winner can find the front and run this group along. If he's left alone he's a big, big danger and might be worth taking a chance on a win and place line here. #1 Captain Win has the class-edge. Next best.

Race 11: Mount Nicholson Handicap

#9 Global Harmony steps out on debut in Hong Kong. Formerly known as Pagan pre-import in Australia, Global Harmony looks well above average and a debut win looks incredibly likely. He's trialled well and his best is up to defying this group first-up. #2 Star Brite extended nicely last time out. He's after back-to-back wins here and looks very, very well placed. #6 Power Koepp has claims if he can offset the tricky draw. #3 Private Rocket's in with a shout. Don't discount.
