Sixth in this year’s Arc, the highly-regarded daughter of Deep Impact won this year's Oka Sho (1000 Guineas) before coming second in the Yushun Himba (Japan Oaks).

She will return to action in the G2 Kyoto Kinen on February 15 after returning to trainer Hiroyoshi Matsuda's Ritto base.

"She'll be back in early January and I am looking at the Dubai World Cup meeting for her first target," said Matsuda.

"I think she'll be good for the distance of either the Dubai Duty Free or the Sheema Classic."

Among Harp Star's opponents in the Kyoto Kinen could be 2013 Tokyo Yushun (Japanese Derby) winner Kizuna, who has returned to trainer Shozo Sasaki's base after being sidelined for seven months with a fracture following his fourth place in the Tenno Sho (Spring).

"I'm very happy with him and we hope to run in the Kyoto Kinen," said Sasaki, who is also eyeing a second trip to the Arc.

Kizuna was fourth in the Arc in 2013.
