Seoul Race 1: Class 6 (1000M) Special Weight A / KRW 60 Million

Maiden juvenile fillies with all twelve racing for the first time. Going on trials, (11) SANSAMEUN HAMYANG is the probable favourite. She is the only one of these to have won her heat which she did by leading all the way and stopping the clock in a fair time ahead of a couple of today's rivals. She won't need to improve much on that to contend here. (2) HOMYEONG QUEEN was of those behind Sansameun Hamyang in that September 22nd trial, but she came back out just last weekend and went through another, showing significant improvement and she shapes as one of the dangers. (6) QUERER also went through two trials, improving in the second of them, sitting handy and running on posting the fastest time of any of these in heats in the process. (12) RAON THE SIDAE and (3) EXCELLENT QUEEN are others who went through two trials and showed improvement and are others to consider first up here.

Seoul Race 2: Class 4 (1000M) Special Weight A / KRW 75 Million

Imported juveniles with five of the nine racing for the first time. They have a tough task awaiting them though as (5) DREAM ISLE was a winner over 1200M on debut on August 26th when he sat just behind the speed and then pulled away to win by four-lengths. He will be hot favourite to strike again. (3) NONSTOP DREAM is the pick of the debut-makers. She raced on pace in her trial, crossing the line in 2nd place and stopping the clock in a fair time. She draws nicely to be on pace, and she can be in this a long way. (1) MONTAUK CHAT and (4) DALKONG trialled up against one another on September 22nd and both showed promise, finishing 1st and 3rd respectively in good times. Both can be in the mix here. (6) EAST WEST went through three trials in total, leading the final one and is another who could go well.

Seoul Race 3: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 40 Million

Juvenile maidens. (1) WALTZUI YEOWANG won a July trial and then ran a good 3rd on debut over 1000M on September 2nd in a quick time. She ran on well so the step up in trip can suit and with some natural improvement, she may prove hard to beat here. (3) GEOLJAK SKY has a 4th and a 2nd in two starts so far, both over 1000M. She too has been doing her best work late on so the additional furlong may be beneficial, and she can be dangerous. (9) HEUNGHAENG BULPAE ran a fair 4th on debut over 1000M in a slow race on a dry track. He should have derived benefit from the experience and can improve today. (5) MORNING BOLD and (8) HANGANG GLORY others in the hunt.

Seoul Race 4: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 25 Million

(10) VELVETY is the one to beat here. She has been gradually figuring things out across five starts so far and enters with back-to-back 3rd places in her latest two appearances, both over 1300M. Despite the wide draw, in this company she will probably be on pace, and she won't need to improve very much to win. (5) SHARP SUNSHINE is yet to finish in the top two but as been 3rd or 4th on no fewer than six occasions. She comes back in trip today and should be there or thereabouts. (8) POWER ETCHED also drops down in distance. He comes in off his two best performances to date with a 2nd and a 4th over 1400M and 1300M and he can be in the mix here. (3) BARO CHAMPION and the returning (2) CHROMITE are others to keep safe.

Seoul Race 5: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 25 Million

(8) GROUPER went through several trials before debuting on September 24th and he put in a fine performance, showing on pace, and leading for much of the way over this distance, ultimately finishing in 2nd place. He should have come on for the run, he can be on pace again, and this time he can go all the way. The main danger is (9) BANFF. He has raced six times, finishing in the top five on all but one occasion. He has the fastest time among these for the distance, recorded when 4th two starts back and he can be challenging Grouper for the lead from the start. (2) MAGUMA has also run a decent time for the 1200M and from a nice draw can settle behind the leaders and run on into some money. (10) YONGBICHEON and (7) FIRST CHOUX others in the hunt.

Seoul Race 6: Class 5 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 40 Million

(5) BARAMUI GEOM comes in off a strong 2nd place in a good time at class and distance on August 13th when settling midfield and running on strong. He comes up 2kg in the weights but Moon Se-young climbs aboard, and he should take some beating. (4) VILLARRICA comes up in class having stepped up to this trip for the first time and secured his maiden win at start number six back in July. He comes in here fresh, draws nicely, and can measure up in this company. (1) MISS HIGH FLY is yet to win in nine but having got a class drop, she finally showed some ability when runner-up over this distance on September 16th, settling back and running on. She can maintain her momentum here. (10) LUXURY KING and (8) WONDERFUL FOX among plenty of others with placing chances.

Seoul Race 7: Class 5 (1300M) Handicap / KRW 40 Million

(9) WONDERFUL PAGO made all for her maiden win over 1200M on September 10th and then almost repeated the trick when tried at this class and distance for the first time on October 7th. She ultimately ran 2nd that day behind the favourite but she makes a quick return here and this time can go one better. (1) COSMO RUN wasn't ready when she debuted back in May but returned in August and won easily over 1200M, making all. She went through a trial last week, which she won in a quick time, and so long as she didn't leave her race there, she has every chance. (4) FIRST USER is yet to win in eight but has placed at this class and comes in off a strong 4th. She draws well to be on pace, and she should be in this a long way. (2) ARCH CLASS and (5) SOARA MEME others to consider.

Seoul Race 8: Class 3 (1600M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million

(10) HANGANG BOSS was a smart winner over 1200M in August before stepping up to this class and running 3rd at 1400M on September 17th, settling right back and running on. He has raced adequately at this distance in the past and the widest gate shouldn't pose a problem. (9) S.I. COCO is the big danger. A winner of four from seven so far and never worse than 5th, he comes up to the mile for the first time having run well in a valuable trophy race over a sprint distance on international weekend last month. He can be on pace here and can win. (4) SERVE ACE comes up in class after a win at this distance in a fast race on September 3rd, settling back and running on late. She carries a very light weight and from a good draw, she can be competitive. (7) JEONGSANG Z and (3) EUNHYE CHUNGMAN among others in the hunt.

Seoul Race 9: Class 4 (1300M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(10) BLUE LEMON is a perfect two for two having won on debut over 1000M in August before following up with another success over 1200M on September 16th That brings him up rapidly in class, but he should be equal to the challenge and while he draws a touch wide, with a bit of luck at the start, he can continue on his merry way here. (9) UNICORN HIT was a very close 2nd behind Blue Lemon in that September 16th race. That followed another runner-up finish in August over the same distance in what was her first start since March. She too comes up in class, but she is down in the weights and third-up this preparation, she may be peaking fitness wise. (6) LUCKY POWER won well at class 5 level over this distance in July but didn't recover from a bad start on his firs try at this class over 1400M a month ago. He can be given another chance here at a probable each-way price. (8) GEOLJAK DREAM and (7) PEERLESS others to be kept safe.

Seoul Race 10: Class 4 (1300M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

Competitive race. (6) MONSTER POWER comes in off a smart runner-up finish over 1400M on September 23rd when handy throughout and running on well. He remains under a light weight and could go one better today.  (1) CLAIR BEST will probably be favourite having scored back-to-back runner-up finishes at 1200M and 1300M, both at this class. He comes up slightly in the weights, but that's balanced by a good draw, and he has solid claims here. (7) TANGJA overcame the widest gate to win over this distance on September 10th in a fair time. He is up in class but significantly down in weight, and he can measure up. (2) EUNPA MOUNTAIN and (4) TEN BAGGER among planet of others with at least placing chances.

Seoul Race 11: Class 4 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(2) CUPID WARRIOR has three runner-up finishes from his latest four starts, all at this class and distance and most recently on September 16th when he settled handy before dropping back and then running on. He carries his fair share of weight, but he comes into a good gate and this time can go one better. He will probably be favourite but if he does find one too quick, it might be (3) ENDING FIRE. He comes in off solid 3rd and 4th places at this class over 1200M and 1400M. He has a strong finish so can sit behind the speed and run on here. (9) TEUKGEUP DAERO came from off the pace to run 2nd at class and distance on September 23rd. She was favourite that day and while she comes up 2kg in the weights, she warrants another chance here. (11) WONPYEONG KILLAR and (10) VICTORY HIT others in the frame.
