Seoul Race 1: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 40 Million

Juvenile maidens and plenty look like they have a win in them. (1) GEUMAK JINJU has a 3rd and a 2nd in two starts so far, both over 1000M in good times and racing on pace. He draws very nicely here, the additional furlong shouldn't be a problem, and he can win. (6) MULLEBANGA comes in off a strong 3rd place over this distance on September 23rd when settling midfield and running on. It was a decent time, and a similar performance would put him in the finish again. (8) YONGAM MARENGO similarly enters following a good 3rd place, in his case over 1000M on September 16th. He was doing his best work late and the additional furlong can suit. (9) FINAL GO and (4) MAGIC STRONG are among plenty of others in at least the placing frame.

Seoul Race 2: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 25 Million

(2) SUPER ONE will be hot favourite in this ordinary maiden. He's shown steady improvement across his latest couple of starts with a 5th and a 4th, the latter at this distance on September 23rd when racing much handier than in his previous starts. From a good gate he should so the same here and is the one to beat. (10) MAX MA enters off back-to-back 4th places in the summer, leading both times. He has been back to trial since his latest outing and looked well. He draws a touch wide but if he can get on pace, he should go close. (6) AUSTIN LEADER has a 2nd place on his record over this distance and should be there or thereabouts again. (11) SHOUT KURO and (4) HEART K are others with the potential to improve.

Seoul Race 3: Class 5 (1300M) Handicap / KRW 40 Million

(9) LONDON ACE ran out a class and distance winner on September 24th when settling just behind the pace and running on strongly. She comes up 2.5kg in the weights but has every chance of striking again. (6) RAON THE COBRA was a strong winner over this distance in May, making all and has subsequently run 5th in both starts at this level. He should be on pace here and shapes as a potential danger. (7) GEUMJEONSA settled midfield and then ran on to score a tight win on debut over 1000M on September 22nd. He comes up in class and in distance here but should have benefited from that run and with some natural improvement can be competitive. (1) MEOTJIN GIROK and (5) HIGH PARK among others in the placing hunt.

Busan Race 1: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 40 Million

Juvenile maiden fillies with all but one racing for the first time. We'll not dismiss the experience though, because (12) SHINE FOREST ran well on debut over 1000M on September 15th racing midfield and running on for 3rd in a quick time. With that in the tank, she may just be a bit further down the line than the rest of these and she goes on top. The pick of the first timers is (5) SAENAE HIT. She looked assured in her trial, running through the line well in a fair time, and the 1200M can suit first up. (11) ROADTOMOMENTUM beat a couple of these in her heat when crossing the line 4th in a decent time and with some natural improvement can be in the finish here. (4) FLEX DAY and (1) MOTHER WONDERFUL others who caught the eye in qualification. 

Seoul Race 4: Class 5 (1300M) Handicap / KRW 40 Million

After twelve tries and plenty of near misses, it's about time that (5) DAEHEUNG CLASS got his maiden win. He has placed in each of his last seven races, the five most recent being at this class. Moon Se-young climbs on for the first time and it should finally be his day. Should he mange to find one too quick yet again, then it might be (11) GLADIUS. A good winner on debut over 1000M, she ran a very close 2nd on her fist try at this class over 1200M on September 17th. She draws a touch wide, but she should have plenty of scope for more development and she can be a big danger here. (2) STAND BY ME got his sole win at this distance and enter off a fair 4th over 1400M last time out. He races for the first time since July so comes in fresh and in with a shout. (10) CHALLANHAN POKPUNG and (1) DORIPO others to keep safe.

Busan Race 2: Class 6 (1400M) Special Weight A / KRW 25 Million

(3) GANGSEO BULPAE will be hot favourite in this maiden. She ran a close 2nd on debut in June having led for most of the way before being an on-pace 3rd on her return three months later in September. Both were at 1200M and both times she was the beaten favourite, but she should strip fitter for the shorter layoff this time and she can win here. (4) YONGBI STAR is the main danger. She enters off a strong 3rd place finish over 1300M when she was ridden much further forward than her previous starts. Expect her to drop in handy here and challenge late. (9) HI LEGEND ran a fair 5th on debut over 1000M earlier this month having taken an age to get into top gear. The extended trip should suit, and he can get closer this time. (8) DOCTOR LICA and (6) GREAT BOY looks to be the other placing chances.

Seoul Race 5: Class 5 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 40 Million

Fillies only here with four standouts. (5) RAON THE DAESE was a winner at start number two over 1000M on September 9th when settling back and running on very well. Her final furlong time was eye-catching and while she is up in class, the additional furlong should suit, and she looks to have plenty of potential. (6) WONDERFUL SHADOW has just the one win from eleven but plenty of near-misses and has placed at class and distance in each of her last three starts. She'll be on pace here and in this a long way. (8) HAENGBOKAN SEUNGJA was a good winner at this distance in August before finishing midfield on her first try at this class in September. That was only her third start, and she is worth another chance here, probably racing on pace. (1) DAMJAENGI ARGO comes up in class following a maiden win at this distance. The time was competitive, and she can measure up in this company. (4) CHEOLLICHONG the best of the rest.

Busan Race 3: Class 5 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 40 Million

It's hard to go too far past (5) GEUMA DISTINCTION here. After running 3rd on debut over 1000M, he got his maiden win at 1200M on September 22nd breaking midfield before quickly taking command. He is up in class and in distance, but neither should be an issue and he will be strongly favoured to win again. (8) BATTLE CRY similarly comes up in class following a maiden win at start number two. That came over 1300M and he led almost the entire wat. He too should have no issue with the class, or the distance raise and will surely be in the finish again. (7) YONGSAN KEUNBYEUL was a touch slowly away on his first try at this class over 1200M on September 17th but ran on pleasingly enough for 5th. He can get closer here. (2) RAON THE TANGO and (4) RICH COWBOY are among others who can be considered.

Seoul Race 6: Class 4 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(2) EUNBIT DOLPUNG has never finished any worse than 4th and she struck through at start number seven on this distance on September 24th when settling handy and running on. She comes up in class here but is down in the weights, she gets a great gate, and she can win again. (1) HANGANG JILJU enters off back-to-back 4th place finishes over 1200M. She comes up to the 1400M for the first time and from the inside gate can be on or close to the pace and can be in this a long way. (6) NANOMETA is yet to win a race but was an also-ran in this year's Korean Derby. He has a runner-up finish to his name at this class and distance and while he mixes his form, at his best he is at the very least a strong place chance here. (10) GOLD POWER and (3) BEST JEONSA others in the hunt.

Busan Race 4: Class 4 (1800M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(3) ZETTA DREAM has won three of his last four, most recently on his first try at this class and distance on September 22nd when he raced close to the pace throughout and beat three of today's rivals. He comes up a full 3.5kg in the weights as a result, but he has won under the same weight already at a lower level. He draws well and is very much the one to beat. (11) FUSAICHI won well at a mile at two starts back before running 3rd at this class and distance on October 6th. His style is to settle right back before unleashing a strong finish so the wide draw shouldn't be a problem and he can be a big danger late on again. (6) SMARTY DOLPUNG was 4th behind Zetta Dream in that September 22nd race and with a swing in the weights in her favour can get closer today. (7) SPECIAL WIND was further back that day but ran 2nd at class and distance in August and can be considered. The up in class (5) SUCCESS FRONT is another who can measure up under a light weight.

Seoul Race 7: Class 4 (1600M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(9) HUNTER BLADE is the one to beat here. He comes in having finished off well to record a narrow win at this class over 1400M on September 23rd, and while he comes up a full 3kg in the weights, should have enough about him to win again over what is a less than intimidating set of rivals. (4) YEONGUNG DAEMA doesn't exactly win out of turn but ran 2nd at this class and distance as recently as August. He could only manage 7th in his latest over 1700M but he did beat a couple of today's rivals in the process, and he can get close here. (2) CHALLAN HANNAL enters off a fair 3rd place at class and distance on September 24th. He comes in again under a very light weight and from a nice draw, can be in the mix. (1) OCHEONBOK and (3) FEDERAL KING others who could challenge for the minors.

Busan Race 5: Class Open (2000M) Special Weight A / GYEONGNAM GOVENOR'S CUP (KOR-G3) / KRW 500 Million

The Queens' Tour resumes and (7) JEULGEOUNYEOJEONG will be a prohibitively short-priced favourite to continue on her merry way. She swept all three legs of the Triple Tiara including the last leg over this distance before dropping back to 1400M to beat plenty of these in the Jeju Governor's Cup. She is already the best filly or mare in the country regardless of distance, and she will take some beating here. (11) WONDERFUL SLEW was 3rd behind Jeulgeounyeojeong in the Korean Oaks and then 2nd in the Gyeonggi Governor's Cup. She enters off a win over 1800M at class 3 level at Seoul and having only races six times, the best can be yet to come. (6) COSMO comes in off a pair of runner-up finishes at 1900M and 1200M showing her versatility, and se can be a placing chance here. (5) EODIGANA and (3) SUCCESS TIME other possibles for the minors.

Seoul Race 8: Class 4 (1800M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(6) JEOMSUNI GO finished in 4th place in the latter two legs of the Triple Tiara series before wining at 1700M at this class on August 26th. She could probably have got a run in this afternoon's Gyeongnam Governor's Cup at Busan where she would have been in with a shout for some minor money, but comes here instead and despite the additional 5kg, she is favoured to win. (5) META BLADE was behind Jeomsuni Go in the Tiara series, but she comes up in class here following a smart 2nd over 1400M. She comes down significantly in the weights, and she can be competitive. (1) BULUI NALGAE beat three of these when winning at class and distance on September 24th when from the widest gate, he came from well off the pace. He comes up 3kg in the weights but warrants respect. (9) CLUB D and (2) EUNHYE RECORD others in the frame.

Busan Race 6: Class 3 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million

(4) GRAPHENE RAP WORLD was a very good winner in a quick time at this distance at class 4 level two starts back before running 2nd at this level on September 22nd when she was slow away but ran on very strongly and beat plenty of today's opposition. She is lightly weighted, she comes into a better gate, and this time she can go one better. (10) D'LOVELY QUEEN defied big odds to run 3rd in that September. That continued a positive run of form, but she isn't likely to get a huge amount of respect here either and could make for an attractive each-way opportunity under a light weight. (5) GOLDEN WAVE comes up in class after a smart win over this distance on September 10th. She is down in weight and can be competitive from a good gate, (2) NAMDO QUEEN and (6) GEUMA PASSIONATE among others in the hunt.

Seoul Race 9: Class 4 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million

Fillies (and two mares) only here. (5) MISS CHARLIE has raced twice, improving significantly in the second of them when 4th over this distance on September 3rd when settling midfield and running on. Third-up she can be peaking fitness-wise, and she can win. (1) HAEUNDAE GALMAEGI returns to action for the first time since July. She looked very well when winning a trial earlier this month in a good time, and she can go well here. (4) BEOLGYO TAEYANG ran a very solid 4th on debut over this distance on September 23rd. She should have benefitted from the experience and with some natural improvement, she can compete for the win here. (11) TROT QUEEN and (6) DUSON CHAMP others to keep safe on a place line.

Seoul Race 10: Class 3 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million

(1) RAON THE POINT shapes as a warm favourite here. He won his opening four races with ease, finally coming up short when tried in a valuable Trophy race on international weekend last month, coming home 3rd over 1200M in a quick race. He has won at this distance already, and he should return to winning ways today. (6) FURIOSA will be second favourite. She comes back in trip following three consecutive runner-up finishes around two turns, most recently at this class in September and while she may find one too quick again, she shouldn't be far away. (7) POWER VICTORY enters off a smart 3rd place at class and distance on September 9th and can dangerous again. (3) JANGBI MUJIGAE and (8) MEDICI WOLF among others in the frame.

Seoul Race 11: Class 2 (2000M) Handicap / KRW 90 Million

(4) ULTRA GALAXY won back-to-back races over 1700M in July and August before running a good 3rd in the Listed Ilgan Sports Trophy behind Nut Play at 1800M on September 17th. He comes up in class here, but he carries a light weight and the stretch out to 2000M can suit. (8) LOOKING GOOD was 5th in the Ilgan Sports having settled right back and run on. Among those who have tackled 2000M before, he has by far the quickest time, and he is probably the main danger to the favourite. (11) BYEOLNARA SINSA has a 3rd and a 4th from his latest two and can be doing his best work late on here. (7) YELLOW CAT and (10) SKY DOLPUNG are among others who can challenge for at least the places.
