Seoul Race 1: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 40 Million

Juvenile maidens in the opener with eight of the twelve racing for the first time. The experience goes on top though in the shape of (10) GEUMAK DIA. After winning a trial, he ran a good 2nd on debut, well beaten by a strong winner but positing a decent time of his own over this distance. He'll be on pace here and won't need to improve much to win. (5) MAX GOLD also ran 2nd on debut over this distance on November 4th. It was a much slower time than that of Geumak Dia and a much slower race, but he should have come on for the run and can go close again. Turning to the first timers and (7) GANGNAMBULCHUNGGAK went through two trials, winning one and running solid 2nd in the second when he came from off the pace and stopped the clock in a decent time. He can go well first-up. (9) BREEDO GIRL and (8) ENTROPY others who hinted at ability in their heats. 

Seoul Race 2: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 25 Million

(7) MAX MA has made steady progress across four starts so far, culminating in a 2nd place finish over this distance on October 29th when he overcame gate ten to lead for much of the way around. He draws better here, he should be on pace again, and he can go one better today. The main danger is (10) GOLDBERG. She's raced on pace for a 3rd and a 4th in two appearances so far at 1000M and 1200M having previously won a trial. She too will be expected to get close to the lead early on and she can be in this a long way. It's hard to go past those two for the quinella, but (1) WONDERFUL SPIRIT debuted fairly on November 5th, coming from off the pace to run 5th. She should have derived benefit from that experience and can go closer here. (9) BEST KINGDOM and (5) FEDERAL PRESS are other placing chances.

Seoul Race 3: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 25 Million

(8) WALTZAUI YEOWANG will be a warm favourite here. She ran 3rd on debut over 1000M before improving to 2nd when stepped up to this distance on October 21st when she led until the closing stages. She can lead again here and this time she shouldn't be caught. (2) NEMO SPIRIT comes off a narrow defeat over this distance on November 4th when coming from well off the pace and just failing to get across the line on top. It was a slow race, but she has gone quicker in the past and she can be a danger late on here. (4) JANGGUN MARU similarly comes in off an improved 2nd when racing handy at this trip on October 28th. He has made steady progress across three starts so far and can be in the mix here. Those three look to be head and shoulders above the rest, with (6) MARU STAR and (1) EUNPA JOY potentially others who could improve.

Seoul Race 4: Class 6 (1400M) Special Weight A / KRW 25 Million

Tricky maiden. (1) SLAM DRAGON has raced just the once, settling midfield and running on fairly for 4th over 1200M on November 19th. He should have come on for the run, the step up to 1400M can suit, and he has as good a chance as any. (11) HEART K has raced four times and comes in off his best finish to date when 3rd at 1200M on October 29th. A previous go at this distance didn't go well but he could be ready for another crack and the wide draw shouldn't be a problem. (9) HEUNGHAENG BULPAE has finished off both prior starts well. Third-up he can be peaking fitness wise, and he is another who may appreciate the extended trip. (6) HEY MAMA and (2) WONDERFUL RULES others in the placing frame.

Seoul Race 5: Class 5 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 40 Million

(8) TAEPYEONG HERO is yet to win in four attempts but has finished no worse than 3rd with his latest runner-up finish being his first try at this class and distance on November 5th when he settled back and ran on well. He only comes up 1kg in the weights and he can make his breakthrough here. (9) SEIRENE too remains a maiden after four tries. She comes up in class here following a good 2nd place over 1200M on October 28th when settling just behind the speed and running on. She is nicely weighted, and the additional furlong may well suit. (4) SEONGSIL YEONGUNG and (3) AUSTIN LEADER both come up in class and in distance having scored their respective maiden wins over 1200M on their latest appearances. Both can measure up in this company. (2) GLOBAL JINGYEOK another to keep safe.

Seoul Race 6: Class 5 (1300M) Handicap / KRW 40 Million

(10) GEUMBIT GANGHO will be the favourite. He got his maiden win at class 6 level at start number three on October 9th, making all over this distance, before coming close to repeating the trick on his first try at this class on November 4th, again at 1300M. He draws the same wide gate today but should have enough about him to get onto the speed again and he could well have too much. (6) MYEONGSEONG CHUKJE was a winner on debut over 1200M on October 28th when from gate ten he settled back and then ran on. He is up in class and in trip here, but neither should be a problem and he shapes as the main danger. (3) NAOL SIDAE ran on well for 3rd over 1200M on his first try at this class back at the end of September. He comes in fresh following ten weeks off and from a better draw, he can be in the hunt again. (5) CHALLANHAN POKPUNG and (9) P N S GOLD others in with a chance of the minors.

Seoul Race 7: Class 5 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 40 Million

Fillies (and two mares) only here and (8) CHADOL DIA is the one to beat. She got her maiden win last time out over this distance on October 28th, leading every step of the way at what for her was start number three. She comes up in class here but should be more than equal to the task, and she can win again. Second favourite will be (2) HAPPY ICTUS. She too is up in class following her maiden win which like Chadol Dia, came on her third start. She tends to settle back and run on and from a good gate and under a light weight, she can measure up here. (9) CHEOLLICHONG returned from six months out to run 5th of eleven at this class and distance on October 29th. She should strip fitter for that run and can go close. (6) ARCH CLASS and (5) MENI CHARM other placing chances.

Seoul Race 8: Class 4 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

Competitive race. We'll take a chance on (8) DANDI, who was a winner at class 5 level two starts back before running a solid 2nd on her first try at this class over this distance on October 15th when settling midfield and running on. She has a strong finish on her and she could go one better here. (3) TAEPYEONG FIGHTER didn't win at class 5 level but comes up to this class having run 2nd in both her latest two at this distance most recently in a quick time on November 5th when handy throughout. She comes down significantly in the weights, and from a good draw, has every chance of measuring up.  (9) UNICORN KINGDOM and (2) AMAZON KING came home2nd and 3rd respectively when they raced one another at class and distance on November 4th and both can be in the mix again here. (7) GEOLJAK CHOEGANG another to keep safe.

Seoul Race 9: Class 3 (1800M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million

(3) FIRE POWER enters with recent form reading well with his latest being a 3rd place over a mile on November 11th. He won at this distance at class 4 level and has a strong finish on him. He is lightly weighted, he draws well, and he is the one to beat. (7) BEST SUN won back-to-back races at class 4 level over 1400M before running 5th on his first try at this class on October 29th. He tackles the two turns for the first time under a light weight and he can go close. (1) K N LIGHT and (4) CHUNJI GWANGPUNG came home 2nd and 3rd when they raced each other at this class over a mile on November 5th. There is a slight swing in weights in favour of the latter today, but both have every chance of being a factor again. (2) QUICKLY RUN is a consistent type who is rarely too far away. She led for much of the way at class and distance having used up plenty of energy to get to the lead from a wide gate. She gets a much better draw this time and can get a softer run in the early stages.

Seoul Race 10: Class 4 (1300M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(4) MR QUALITY was a winner over this trip two starts back before running 3rd on his first try at this class over 1400M on November 4th when beating a couple of today's rivals in the process. He likes to race on pace, so he draws nicely, and under a light weight, he may take some beating. (1) EUNHYE was a winner at class and distance two starts back before being sent off as favourite in that November 4th race. He led early before weakening for 6th place but back in trip and from a good draw, he can be given another chance here. (3) WONPYEONG KILLAR has posted a series of quick times in three starts at this class. He has the joint fastest time of any of these for the distance and should be in the hunt. (2) ECTON JILJU and (7) HANGANG HERO others to keep safe.

Seoul Race 11: Class 4 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(2) ARGO RICH ran a close 2nd at class and distance on October 22nd coming from well off the pace. That was his second start back after five months off and third-up he can be peaking fitness wise. He draws nicely and will surely be the favourite. (1) FINAL CHUKJE enters off a 3rd and a 4th from his latest two. He has won at this distance and from the inside gate could get an easy run to the lead and he can be in this a long way. (9) CHEONDUNG HORANGI won at this class over 1200M two starts back before finishing 6th of eleven on his first try at seven-furlongs on October 28th. He has only raced three times in total and there looks to be plenty of scope for more development. (10) DAEBAK STAR and (6) EUNBIT DOLPUNG among plenty of others with at least placing chances.
