RACE 1

SMOKE AND MIRRORS – Impressive course and distance stats where in five starts has only missed the top four on one occasion. Stable is on fire and looks a leading contender.

SUNDAY – Was a winner late last year in similar conditions and should strip fitter from his last run. Likes to get out and have plenty of room to run on.

ROYALTY – He is a big unit of a horse, and you should see him jump out and get rolling in front. He is back to the same rating as his previous win and if left alone in front can be taking a winning photo again.

SUMMER WIND – On the quick backup after running last Sunday. The two starts before that were eye catchers where he got to the front and gave a good sight. Can bounce back here.

RACE 2

ENGINE START – Ran behind Istataba at his debut run on the turf finishing off strongly and to record a very quick final sectional. Some good form has come from that race and stable in form.

RAHOTU – Has caught the eye in all three of his trials since arriving in Kranji. They have been recorded in nice time and shows plenty of gate speed. Big player in this.

HOLY ELEANOR – She has been hailed as costly horse to follow in her career so far. Don't think we will see her at a low price again, but she is consistent and will crack that win very soon.

GOLDEN MONKEY – Finished third at his debut run behind Shang Chi after having a delay before the start and ran well enough to put him in your multiples for this race.

RACE 3

RELENTLESS – First up run was caught wide without cover but showed signs he needed the run. Second up here with big targets later in the year, expecting a better performance this weekend with Nunes booked to ride.

PASSPORT TO ROME – A horse who has been itching to get down to class 4 for the first time since 2017. Has been honest up in class 3 so here amongst more suitable company, he should be competitive.

BILLY ELIOTT – Brave late to go down under a length to Harry Dream. Steps up to 1400m here but is racing well and looks a major player in this race.

INTREPID – Steps up to class 4 her after an eye catching win in class 5. Drops significantly in weight and as a result, could flash late into the minors with the right run. One for the multiples.

RACE 4

GOLD KINGDOM – Despite having a superb record over the mile on poly with four wins and countless placings, Gold Kingdom strikes a 1700m race with not much depth this weekend. Even though he has never won over the distance, he has only missed the top four on one of his eight starts. On consistency, he looks the one to beat here.

BIG DAY – Gets down to a mark of 29 and carries a feather weight here in his first attempt at 1700m. Found himself in the frame last start and could be a top three chance once again.

ENDLESS – Third up and hasn't missed the placings in his two runs this year so far, a must include for the exotics.

FORESTO – Surprised being ridden upside down last start. Could be sent to the front again as it seemed improve his chances a fortnight ago.

RACE 5

SACRED JUDGEMENT – Down to division 2 for his second run back in class 4. Gave a very good indication last start that he won't be in class 4 long.

BORN TO WIN – Flashed late down the outside of the track to make up quite a bit of ground. With enough speed in the race and a light weight again, we should be expecting a similar performance from this son of Haradasun who is a two time winner course and distance.

ISTATABA – Steps up to class 4 but heads to the division two race. Was tough to the line last start and she should take natural progression from the run

BOOMBA – Third up this weekend and although the last run was disappointing, the first up run was solid where he finished 4th, 1.6 lengths off an in-form Sabah Star.

RACE 6

DIAMOND MINE – Big win last start at decent odds. Likes to jump and be up there in the leading pack and with a comfortable could go back-to-back in this.

CONFLAGRANCE – Two starts ago pulled up lame and bounced back with a solid fourth placing at his most recent outing. Meets a field where at his best can be in the mix.

BUDDY BUDDY – Makes his class five debut and although we haven't seen him at his best for a long time the drop in grade is a big positive for this galloper.

LAKSANA – His lone win came over the 2000m journey but has been competitive over shorter including last start where he got back and ran a nice third behind Ima. Watch market.

RACE 7

SEE YAH – Gains the booking of our leading jockey and finds himself in winnable conditions being four points higher than his last victory.

AWESOME CONQUEROR – Although drawn wide should obtain a handy position and a lot to like about his last two starts beaten a length or less on both occasions. Market watch.

COMING FAST – Was beaten half a length last start to The Wild Prince who has since gone on to win again and that should prove good form to figure in the money here.

ATLANTEAN – Gets back to a surface and distance he races well at. Last two starts on the Poly have been fair but this race looks well within his reach.

RACE 8

FLAK JACKET – Veteran galloper who gets back to Class 5 where he performed superbly late last year with a deserved win in January. Has since ran well up in class and will relish the class drop.

LIM'S FORCE – Caught the eye running second at her last start behind Circuit Star. Two of her five career victories have come over this course and distance.

BEN WADE – Racing well in this grade since coming off a rating of 36 and has competed competitively over the last few months for a leading stable. Can continue that form in this.

HEALTHY STAR – Two points higher than his last win back in February. Has done a few things wrong in his last few starts but at his peak can be added to the multiples.

RACE 9

CON SPERANZA – Due to a tough run in transit with multiple mid-race collisions, he really felt the 59kg. He is the class horse here and must be respected. With more luck in running, he will be in the finish.

HARRY DREAM – Tough win last time out coming from off the speed. With enough speed here in the race, this could set up for a similar scenario. Keep safe.

SONG OF NATURE – Impressed taking out a restricted maiden after being met with good support in the market. Up against the older horses this time around but this son of All Too Hard should take natural improvement.

RICVELO – Winner of his last two and has continued to keep raising the bar. Should be kept safe in the numbers as both wins have been tough and he remains in the same class once again.

RACE 10

SO HI CLASS – Four time winner over the mile on turf across both courses. Third attempt at class 3 since downgrading. Recent trial was eye catching where he was finding the line well late. Big chance.

SAVVY COMMAND – Just over three lengths of Lim's Kosciuszko in a stronger race than this. Goes up in weight but stable is flying and he is third up this weekend.

ELITE INCREDIBLE – Has been around the mark its last few and has placed track and distance in the past. Expecting big improvement here fourth up.

PENNYWISE – On the fortnightly back up here after going down a slim margin over 1700m on poly. Form suggests that turf is the non-preferred surface for him, but he is fit and racing well so he must be respected.

RACE 11

BOY XANDER – Led them up over the same distance and kicked away to win by two lengths. Wouldn't shock to see him do it all over again despite this being a stronger field.

WIN WIN – Sat wide without cover and race away to win in a romp last start. This is a much tougher field and despite receiving nine rating points for the win, he is a big threat once again.

I AM SACRED – Third up and back down to class 4. Comes from a stable who is in good form and back to a very winning grade, this son of I Am Invincible should be peaking for this run.

LIM'S KNIGHT – Keeps finding himself in the placings at this grade. A gelding who shouldn't be left out of the multiples, keep him safe.
