There are 4 G3s on the card as well, starting off with the Prix de la Rochette over 1400m
There are 7 2yos lining up here with New Science on evens for Appleby-Buick. Another Godolphin runner this time from the Fabre stables is Rebel Path 6/1 and we rather like the look of the filly Zelda who is on 9/1.
The Prix d'Orange is over 2000m for the 3yos with the Rouget Saiydabad on 15/8. Raider Highland Avenue is on 7/2 for Appleby-Buick and we have to put in John Leeper, trained by Ed Dunlop and named for his father, on 5/1 with Ryan Moore riding.
Then in racebook order we come to the G1 which will have 6 starters over the mile course. Baaeed has been ticking all the boxes and comes into this as an odds-on favourite, with Jim Crowley doing the steering. Snow Lantern is on 4/1 for Richard Hannon and Sean Levy, and Order of Australia is in good form and on 15/2 for Aidan O'Brien and Ryan Moore.
La Coupe de Maisons-Lafitte is over 2000m and Wally has been in great form and comes here on 4/7 for Rouget and Demuro. Algiers has been doing well too and is on 11/1 for Fabre-Barzalona and we are going a bit wider with a third pick in Seachange on 10/1 for Carlos Laffon-Parias and Maxim Guyon, even though there are only 6 runners.
The Prix Gladiateur is a great rehearsal for the Cadran and Freddy Head's good stayer Call The Wind is on 10/11. Olivier Peslier rides. Brokeback Mountain and Nagano Gold both are quoted on 4/1.
