There are two G3s on the card for Longchamp's Thursday card.
The Prix des Chênes is for 2yo c&g over 1600m with 5 contenders and it looks very much to be a good race for the Fabre trained Coolmore-owned son of War Front Ancient Rome. Mickael Barzalona has the ride and they are on 11/10. Scherzo is by Wooton Bassett and is trained by Yves Barberot with Gregoire Benoist riding and they are worth a little something on 5/1.
The Prix d'Aumale is over 1600m for the 2yo fillies with a field of 9. Fleur d'Iris and Zellie are both around 2/1. Both are from the Fabre yard, the former by Shamardal and the latter another Wooton Basett. We quite like Cachet in this – she's on 5/1 for Boughey and Theo Bachelot.
