Both at Nakayama and Chukyo the second favourite emerged the winner in the feature.

At Nakayama the well-named Win Marilyn won the G2 All Comers by 1 ½ lengths from Win Kitos with Glory Vase third.  Favourite Lei Papale was fourth.

At Chukyo Stella Veloce delighted us with her win in the Kobe Shimbun Hai, another St Leger Trial.  Red Genesis 28.5 was a half length back second and Monte Dio 41.1 was 3 lengths further back in third.  Favourite Sharyar was fourth.
