The hearings continue into the doping scandal in East Coast racing.
Dr Kristian Rhein, pleaded guilty to "distributing adulterated and performance-enhancing drugs to Servis". Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil sentenced him to a prison term of 3 years, the full sentence, saying it had been an ongoing offence and should send a message of deterrence to others in this and other sports.
