Vet found guilty

The ongoing trials in the US of the numerous people indicted for doping offences has seen another guilty verdict.

Vet Seth Fishman was been found guilty on two counts of "conspiring to violate adulteration and misbranding law and the manufacture of PEDs administered to racehorses by corrupt trainers for money and fame."  He will be sentenced on May 5.  His co-accused Lis Gianelli has had had her trail aborted as her attorney proved positive for Covid.  We are not sure what happens next in this case.

Meantime Scott Robinson, who was found guilty earlier on an is currently in prison, says he sold drugs to everyone.  One of the reasons his drugs were so popular is that they were undetectable.

Monday 7th March is the date for the necropsy hearing on Medina Spirit.
