The first day of the flat season at the Paris HQ had 2 G3s for the youngsters and a very good If small field for the Harcourt.

The Vanteaux for the fillies saw the scratching of early favourite Singforthemoment which opened up the field.  The race went to the Fabre trained Marquise de Sevigne 8/1 from Know Thyself 5/1 and Hot Queen 3/1.

The Prix de la Force for the boys went to Mister Saint Paul on 20/1 from Dreamflight in a very small field of 6.

The Harcourt had a small but top quality field where not much separated the first four home who were more or less in market order  - Skaletti getting the win from Sealiway by a head from Mare Australis by a head from Dawn Intello.

The track was rated good to soft.
