Longchamp Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday racing in Paris is at Longchamp for 3 G3 races.

These are preps for the Guineas races coming up mid-May.  We start off with the Prix de la Grotte for the 3yo fillies over 1600m and here we see the very talented Frankel filly Raclette.  Andre Fabre says he didn't say she was the best he'd ever trained, but still says she is special but in this race she will not be put under pressure.  Olivier Peslier has been entrusted with the steering and has been told just hands and heels.  She's at evens and her two biggest rivals are Mangoustine, a Dark Angel filly from the Delzangles yard and Times Square by Zarak who is with Ferland.

The Prix Fontainbleau is also over 1600m and here Godolphin's Ancient Rome, by War Front, is again in the hands of Fabre-Peslier and will start around evens.  Making Moovies is by Dabirsin and is on 5/1 and the Aga Khan's Vaderi 6/1 is by Churchill.

The Prix Noailles is also for 3yos but over 2000m.  There are two runners here by Intello – Junko, on 2/3 and Maximus 3/1.  Garachico is by Ribchester and on 2/1.
