Not too many upsets here as runners mainly kept to the script.
Starting off on Friday with the Princess Royal favourite Sweet Memories got run down by Time Lock 9/2 with Ryan Moore riding for the Charltons, with Running Lion filling third.
The top three in the market filled the top three spots in the Rockfell only the order was reversed with Carla's Way winning from Shuwari and Ylang Ylang third.
The Joel saw Mutasaabeq win from Regal Reality 16/1 and Chindit third.
Saturday saw a bit of an upset in the Royal Lodge when Ghostwriter 10/3 won for Cox-Kingscote from Al Musmak with Capulet third.
The G1 Chevely Park saw our tip Porta Fortuna get a well-deserved win with Pearls and Rubies a much better run for second on 33/1 and Sacred Angel third on 13/2. Relief Rally the early favourite was scratched.
The Middle Park saw Vandeek continue his winning ways with Task Force 15/2 second and River Tiber third.
And the Cambridgeshire was a happy result for us for a change. Astro King the winner started on 20/1 where earlier he had been on 9/1! The second home was favourite Greek Order and we missed the trifecta when Bopedro 16/1 got in front of Oviedo (started at 12/1) for third but we were happy with the result.
