At Sha Tin on Sunday Whizz Kid under Harry Bentley made the most of his light weight to win.

The early favourite Invincible Sage (he was replaced as favourite by Victor the Winner who was heavily backed coming up to post time) showed his liking for the trip by finishing second and Packing Tunnel again showed what an honest horse he is with a good third.  The weight told on Victor The Winner in the closing stages so we are not sure why he had such strong support although he is a lovely horse.

Tony Cruz was delighted with the run of Whizz Kid and with the ride of Bentley.  They had started at 24/1.

John Size's Helios Express took out the Butterfly Class 2 under Hugh Bowman.  It looks like they will be heading for the Classic Mile now.  Spirited Express was second and our old friend The Best Peach produced a much better run compared to his previous outings to run third.
