Happy Valley's only Group race has gone to Frankie Lor and Alexis Badel.

They had combined 5 years ago to win this but after crossing the line on that occasion Badel fell off and broke his wrist so was happier with the outcome this time.  Happy Together, who used to be with Richard Gibson, was one of three Lor runners and started at 4.0.

La City Blanche was ¾ length behind the winner and the same margin separated second from the third home Helene Feeling with Nimble Nimbus out of the frame in fourth.
