On Friday Saffie Osborne became the first female jockey to win a race at Meydan.
Riding Ouzo for her trainer father Jamie they won the Lord Glitters handicap over 1800m on the turf track. They defeated the Godolphin pair of Highbank and First Sight.
Earlier the Doug Watson trained Mcmenaman with Pat Dobbs on board won the 1400m handicap from Changing Colours 4/1 and Andrea Vesalius 38/1.
