Purchased for $400,000 as a yearling at the 2013 Inglis Easter Sales, the two-year-old filly will start her campaign in the Hong Kong Jockey Club Handicap (1200m) and Price expects his charge will be right in the mix.

She’s a nice big, strong filly and I’m hoping that she can be a Thousand Guineas filly,” Price told RSN.

“There’s a couple of nice horses that have had good debuts in the race and it’s not going to be an easy race to win but our expectations are that she’ll run in the first three or four.”

“She only has to run in the first three for us to be pleased with her but she’ll be a nice filly over the mile (1600m).

Owned by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, Fitna who will be ridden by Glen Boss holds current favouritism at $4.20 but from barrier 10, Price is hopeful his runner can find some cover throughout.
