They could provide as many seven starters with Waller’s team led by the classy trio Egg Tart, Oklahoma Girl and Dawn Wall.

Weir has Kenedna and Parthesia set for the classic that will now be run over the reduced distance of 2200 metres following the transfer of the meeting from Eagle Farm.

Waller also has the lesser lights Baysa and Kirini among the 21 fillies remaining in the Oaks with the final field to be declared on Wednesday.

Fastnet Rock filly Dawn Wall has recovered from a minor setback that cost her a start in the G2 Magic Millions Rose (2000m) at Doomben on May 20, won by Kenedna from Oklahoma Girl.

"I have been happy with the progress made by Dawn Wall over the past week which included a gallop last Thursday on the Gold Coast," Waller said.

"It is still our intention to race in the Queensland Oaks and she will have two more gallops in preparation for the race.”

Egg Tart, last start winner of the G1 Australasian Oaks (2000m) at Morphettville, tuned-up up for her Brisbane trip with a barrier trial over 1030m at Randwick last Friday.

Egg Tart beat Kenedna in the Oaks on May 13.

Kenedna then went to Brisbane to win the Doomben Roses, establishing the merit of the Oaks form in Adelaide.

Kerrin McEvoy wil stick with Egg Tart in the Queensland Oaks while Hugh Bowman takes the mount on Dawn Wall.

In other Queensland oaks moves the John Thompson-trained Blanco Cara is now set to start as a result of the transfer of the meeting from Eagle Farm.

On Sunday connections of the filly declared she would not start if the race was run at Eagle Farm.

Melbourne jockey Patrick Moloney has picked up the ride on the Michael Moroney-trained Mia Rosa in the Queensland Oaks.
