Winning Trainer: Chris Waller

On putting it all together: "He has got the makings of a very good horse. Obviously he just won a race but honestly I think he is like a Randwick Guineas, even a Doncaster horse in the Autumn. I think the owners will have plenty of fun with him."

On stepping up in trip: "Just a little bit of time has helped him. He showed some ability at two but he didn't know what it was all about. Now that he has matured into a 3yo, you can see the difference. Obviously there is still a long way to go. He has the scope to improve that is for sure."

On the ride: "He had a nice run and backed up a very close finish last start in a similar race. He is racing with some consistency and with some purpose."

Winning Jockey: James McDonald

On the win: "He paraded nicely last time but he went up a notch which he needed to against this good opposition that he was coming up against. He is a very smart horse, with a really good mind to him and a great turn of foot. On wet ground he comes into his own.I reckon we will see the best of him when he gets to a mile, 2000m and even this time next year he will be a pretty good horse."

On the future: "Randwick Guineas in the Autumn will be just perfect for him, especially with some give in the ground. He will be on an upward spiral from here on in. He has the constitution with a really good mind and good turn of foot. He'll be in all the good races.
