Race 1 - 12:20PM BALD HILLS ENGINEERING MAIDEN PLATE (1000 METRES)

4. Constantinou did enough at her first run for the new stable, leading and giving a good kick before being run down into third at Moruya. Fitter for that and a firmer surface likely to be in her favour. Sure to be competitive.

Dangers10. Ultragirl stuck to the task pretty well at her debut at Albury a month ago, chasing in a 905m scamper. Has to be open to improvement and again a soft track could be a plus. Definite chance. 6. She's Jessie is a first starter who only had her first trial last week and she was held together well in that hitout. Betting a good pointer but draws well and is one to keep an eye on. 3. Southern Gun broke into the placings for the first time at start six when he led and battled on well at $101 to run second at Moruya a month ago. Obviously has to back that up but could give a sight.

How to play it: Constantinou WIN ($2.50 TAB Fixed Odds). Odds & Evens: EVENS.

Race 2 - 1:00PM HORSE & HOUND BODYWORKS MAIDEN HANDICAP (1200 METRES)

1. London Skies has been excellent with excuses in both runs this time in, charging home fresh at this track then on the wrong part of the track at Moruya on a heavy surface. If he can take advantage of a good gate and be in touch this looks very winnable.

Dangers7. Defcon One backed up a handy fresh effort with an unlucky fourth at Queanbeyan two weeks ago, held up at a vital stage before working home strongly again late. Not far off a win and looks a threat. 9. Hope Uno is usually around the mark and went down fighting at Queanbeyan last time after being a drifter in betting. Probably gets back from the wide gate but well worth including. 6. Belleistic Kids contested the same race and was a close third after racing handy off a wide gate. Again drawn out but on the up and is an each-way chance.

How to play it: London Skies WIN ($6.00 TAB Fixed Odds). Odds & Evens: ODDS.

Race 3 - 1:40PM HOTEL AUSTRALASIA MAIDEN PLATE (1400 METRES)

1. Amen Brother may have struck gold here in a race that looks his for the taking if he can hold his form. Runner-up here three starts back then close up at Canberra before going down narrowly at Queanbeyan two weeks ago. With even luck he can go one better.

Dangers10. Media Chick is a 24 start maiden but she is racing very well at the moment and this is a big chance for her to break through. Hit the line at Canberra two runs back then whisked off to Grafton for the carnival and finished a solid third over this trip. Every chance from the inside alley. 8. Inspired Dream led up and was a bit disappointing last start but two runs at Moruya prior had plenty of merit. Blinkers go on so entitled to another chance. 7. Despoina had support at odds on debut and worked home into fourth at Queanbeyan in the same race as Amen Brother. Open to improvement so has to be considered.

How to play it: Amen Brother WIN ($3.10 TAB Fixed Odds). Odds & Evens: SPLIT.

Race 4 - 2:20PM GREAT SOUTHERN INN CLASS 2 HANDICAP (1000 METRES)

3. Bold Offa appears well placed first-up on the back of an easy trial win. Impressive all the way winner fresh last time in at 1000m and might pounce on the front here and take plenty of running down.

Dangers2. Prince Nicconi is potentially the best horse in the race and could well get away with it first-up since chasing home Shelby Sixtysix in a Highway at Randwick in February. Obviously that reads well for a Class 2 here. Hard to know what to make of his trial, which saw him basically just go around behind them. Check betting for a push. 5. Lai See really caught the eye late at Queanbeyan when resuming over 900m and should appreciate the bigger track. Can be hit and miss but keep in mind with just the 51.5kg. 1. Chiranjeev won a maiden at Kembla in November and two runs since them were below par. Trialled okay at Kembla in February but not seen since then. Another market watch.

How to play it: Bold Offa WIN ($6.50 TAB Fixed Odds). Odds & Evens: SPLIT.

Race 5 - 3:00PM EDEN TYRE POWER CLASS 1 & MAIDEN PLATE (1600 METRES)

8. Flying Mia might appreciate getting back onto a soft track after an even effort at Narrandera last week where she just battled into fifth. Looked dynamic on soft ground winning a maiden prior to that and she's entitled to another chance.

Dangers4. Victory At Omaha led all the way to a popular maiden win at this track in June, two runs since then mixed with a sound enough effort at Albury over the mile last time. Has solid claims here. 7. Stryke 'em Onesie will find this easier than last start at Wyong, prior to that her form was okay with a couple of placings here and a Wagga maiden win over this trip to her name. Capable of bouncing back. 1. Cash Register is a possible improver getting away from a heavy track for the first time after two runs for the Joseph/Jones stable. Could surprise.

How to play it: Flying Mia E/W ($3.90 TAB Fixed Odds). Odds & Evens: EVENS.

Race 6 - 3:40PM SOUTH COAST TIMBER - EDEN CUP BM66 HANDICAP (1600 METRES)

1. King Of Spades is bursting to win a race for his new trainer after two seconds from as many starts. Led and was just run down at Goulburn on a heavy track two weeks ago. Rolls forward and should take a power of beating.

Dangers5. Single Crown defied a betting drift to win here in June with some inside runs, two runs since then fair including a fifth in the same race as King Of Spades. Firmer track would suit him so he can improve. 6. Howgoodisvegas was scratched from Randwick to run here and made it two wins from her past three with a solid effort at Queanbeyan last time. On pacer who is sure to be competitive. 10. The View was also taken out of Randwick and he won nicely at big odds two starts back here before again hitting the line strongly into fifth at Moruya. Mile might suit him now and he's in the mix.

How to play it: King Of Spades WIN ($4.40 TAB Fixed Odds). Odds & Evens: ODDS.

Race 7 - 4:20PM EDEN SPORTS AND RECREATION CLUB BM58 HANDICAP (1200 METRES)

2. California August ran quite a nice race here first-up running on from well back then struck a heavy track at Moruya and didn't fire. Inclined to forgive that and with a soft draw and firmer ground here he has a good chance.

Dangers6. Bella Broadway raced consistently last time in and resumes with a soft trial under the belt earlier this month. Has a handy fresh record and drawn to have her chance to make an impact. 13. Rent A Rock also resumes with a quiet trial a while back. He struck some form before a short break with a couple of placings over a bit more ground. Might be a bit sharp for him but he's capable of being somewhere in the finish. 11. Canzonet was far from disgraced when resuming over 920m then didn't fire at all on another heavy track at Moruya. Can do better than latest and if he can produce his first-up run he's an each-way chance..

How to play it: California August E/W ($11 TAB Fixed Odds). Odds & Evens: EVENS.
