Lost And Running gets another shot at The TAB Everest

Lost And Running, John O’Shea’s soon to be 6yo gelding, will be running in his second TAB Everest after being slotted by the TAB.

After building into his preparation nicely last year, he ran a very good race when fourth to the champion Nature Strip, only two lengths back.

He subsequently proved his form was still on an upward spiral by running second in the Classique Legend Stakes at Rosehill before dominantly winning The Hunter at Newcastle to end the campaign.

Off a short, sharp Autumn which included a high class win in the Southern Cross Stakes over the Everest course, Lost And Running was being aimed then for another crack at the $15m race.

He joins the three placegetters from last year already locked into the race plus Mazu, the Doomben 10,000 winner is also to take his place.

It's highly likely Classique Legend will run for his owner Bon Ho in his slot so half the field is set for the exciting race.
