We've cast our eye over the form guide and provided our top tips for each race below.

RACE 1 - 3:13PM: QTIS Two-Year-Old Maiden Plate (800 METRES)

This is a tricky way to start the day with the majority of the field on debut and some yet to be seen at a public trial.

I'll have a small wager on El Morzillo (4) who is having her first start for Kelly Schweida following a likeable trial.

The Star Witness filly worked to the line well under her own steam to finish alongside metropolitan Saturday winner Kahlisee with a gap to third.

1 Unit – El Morzillo (4)

BET NOW: Ipswich Race 1

RACE 2 - 3:48PM: Maiden Plate (800 METRES)

Secretly Better (2) is having his first start since suffering cardiac arrythmia on debut in August.

The Kelly Schweida-trained four-year-old gelding looked super in a recent trial where he led all the way, winning easily by 3.3 lengths.

He's drawn wide but gets blinkers on for the first time which should see Jimmy Orman be aggressive when the gates crash back.

2 Units – Secretly Better (2)

BET NOW: Ipswich Race 2

RACE 3 - 4:23PM: BENCHMARK 58 Handicap (2150 METRES)

Osaka Miss (4) has been racing in consistent form with two wins and three placings from her past five starts.

She impressed last start over 2220m at Grafton when running on strongly to win by two lengths.

The Marcus Wilson-trained five-year-old mare won her only previous start over this course and distance when breaking her maiden status emphatically by 3.8 lengths in March.

She should enjoy an economical run from the inside barrier with Jimmy Orman in the saddle.

1 Unit – Osaka Miss (4)

BET NOW: Ipswich Race 3

RACE 4 - 4:58PM: RATINGS BAND 0 - 62 Handicap (1666 METRES)

Chayse 'N' Adam (6) resumed in fine style here over 1350m last start.

The Les Kelly-trained daughter of Maurice raced just behind the lead before taking a narrow gap on the fence to dash clear and win by half a length.

That was her second win at Ipswich and kept her unbeaten record at the track intact.

The rise to 1666m looks ideal second-up.

1 Unit – Chayse 'N' Adam (6)

BET NOW: Ipswich Race 4

RACE 5 - 5:33PM: Maiden Plate (1350 METRES)

This maiden is a real head scratcher with many horses displaying indifferent form and the leading chances drawing poorly.

Helluva Soiree (15) failed to handle the heavy conditions last start at Doomben and finished 3.82 lengths behind the winner.

The Chris Anderson-trained three-year-old filly was much better the start prior when first-up over 1200m at this course where she found the line well for a 1.3 length fourth.

Back on a dry track and with increased fitness third-up, she can fight out the finish in this open affair.

1 Unit – Helluva Soiree (15)

BET NOW: Ipswich Race 5

RACE 6 - 6:10PM: Class 3 Handicap (1100 METRES)

Majorelle (7) is having his first start for Matt Dunn after previously racing with Kacy Fogden.

The four-year-old gelding has tuned up for this first-up assignment with two very good trial wins.

The most recent trial saw him lead over 1010m at Ballina before effortlessly dashing clear of his rivals for a 4.8 length victory.

There looks to be good speed in the race which should see Robbie Dolan settle just off it before launching in the straight.

1 Unit – Majorelle (7)

BET NOW: Ipswich Race 6

RACE 7 - 6:40PM: Class 6 Plate (1100 METRES)

Reliable Ruby (10) resumes here looking to continue her solid first-up record.

The Chris Munce-trained mare warmed up for this with a Deagon trial where she worked home well behind speedsters Prince Of Boom and Rubiquitous.

She was only beaten a head by Nashira when resuming over 1000m at Eagle Farm.

There looks to be good speed in the race which will help her chances given she'll settle back and look to storm home with Damien Thornton in the saddle.

1 Unit – Reliable Ruby (10)

BET NOW: Ipswich Race 7
