Wolves winger Pedro Neto may miss the rest of the season with a hamstring injury.
The 24-year-old suffered the problem during last weekend's Premier League win over Fulham, which ruled him out of Saturday's 3-2 FA Cup quarter-final defeat to Coventry.
Neto missed two months earlier in the season with a similar problem in his other leg and boss Gary O'Neil is fearing a similar period of rehabilitation this time.
"Pedro, potentially, it's the end of the season for him," O'Neil said.
"It's very similar to the injury he suffered on the other side.
"There's a chance he comes back for the last couple (games), maybe, if it goes really well.
"It's similar to the last injury, which was around nine weeks, so potentially around that timeframe.
"The rehab can go differently, so it could be quicker or slightly longer. We'll see how it goes."
Neto was joined in the treatment room by Matheus Cunha, Hwang Hee-chan, Jean-Ricner Bellegarde and Craig Dawson for the defeat to Coventry, which for a brief time looked like being a victory.
After trailing to Ellis Simms' opener they scored twice in the final 10 minutes through Rayan Ait-Nouri and Hugo Bueno to put one foot in a first FA Cup semi-final since 1987.
But the Championship Sky Blues rallied in added time as Simms levelled in the sixth minute and then four minutes later Haji Wright scored a winner amid crazy scenes of celebration.
Winger Milan van Ewijk told Coventry's official website: "That's a perfect ending because I think both teams deserved to win.
"I think just at the end you can see we wanted it a bit more than them and you can see that we created more chances and it's just absolutely insane to play and to see such goals happening in front of me.
"For Ellis as a striker, you have to be there and he is there every time and also the set up that he gave to Haji was just perfect, in his run.
"And for Haji you can't hit a ball better than that and especially at that moment, so it's just amazing.
"I've heard quite some good stories about Wembley.
"I think 90,000 plus people can fit inside the stadium so for me it's going to be the first time to play in such a big stadium.
"I just can't wait to play there to see what it's all about."
