TABtouch launch new “You’ve Got the Touch” campaign

To celebrate the launch of the latest “You’ve Got the Touch” campaign, Racing and Sports for a month commencing from Monday, April 22 will be running a TABtouch blog feature area on our home page.

Fresh off a home page feature area promoting Racing and Wagering Western Australia's (RWWA) Western Trilogy race series, Racing and Sports will continue its association with RWWA by running a home page feature area dedicated to promoting TABtouch Blog content for a month commencing next Monday (April 22).

The TABtouch Blog is a go to section of tabtouch.com.au featuring free tips, race by race previews, daily podcasts and also sports previews.

The feature area launch on racingandsports.com.au coincides with TABtouch's latest iteration of their entertaining "You've Got the Touch" campaigns.

Commencing in 2022 with Gene Simmons as a brand ambassador, TABtouch's quirky, entertaining and memorable "You've Got the Touch" ads have forged a reputation as being one of the most popular wagering operator campaigns across the Australian bookmaker landscape.

"The You've Got the Touch brand promise was launched two years ago, bursting onto the scene, led by global rockstar Gene Simmons" explains Brian Murphy, Racing and Wagering marketing manager.

"Due to the success of the campaign via a significant improvement across a number of KPI's, including brand awareness – We've recently doubled down and extended its reach further."

The creative strategy centres on the premise that if you've got the touch, you've got a feel for what happens on the field - and if you've got the touch, you can make things happen on the TABtouch app.

The campaign brings 'The Touch' concept to life through an ever-extending set of hands. The hands embody the focused and driven TABtouch punter who constantly seeks out the best betting insights and statistics - with their thirst for knowledge perfectly quenched on the TABtouch app.

Racing and Wagering Western Australia Head of Marketing Katie Roberts said, "We're proud to showcase our latest brand campaign with creative partner Clemenger BBDO and media partner The Brand Agency as we leverage the success of our brand platform and evolve our distinctive assets, to bring to life our proposition that those with the touch, choose TABtouch."

The campaign is running nationally on Sky Racing, and in WA on subscription and free to air TV, print, OOH, digital and radio.

In addition to the TVCs, Clemenger BBDO has refreshed the TABtouch brand identity to celebrate 60 years of sharing wisdom with punters, with the new visual identity to be rolled out across all audience touch points, including social, digital, OOH and print.

Rebranded to TABtouch in 2013, the organisation was originally established in 1961 as the WA TAB.

The wagering arm of RWWA offers their customers over 300 retail agencies across WA. For Australian-wide users, TABtouch provide online wagering through their desktop – TABtouch.com.au and mobile betting - TABtouch.mobi platforms.

TABtouch users benefit from features such as racing vision, race replays and a blackbook service as well as tips and race preview content via the TABtouch blog.
