WARWICK FARM – May 6

Race 1: Two Ronnys – the Portelli stable reported that the gelding had pulled up well and confirmed that it had not handled the track conditions. It is the intention to continue on with the campaign of Two Ronnys.

CANTERBURY – April 29

Race 1: Cyrus Rocks – Stable representative Adrian Bott reported the colt had pulled up well and they will continue with its preparation.

Race 5: Princess Ailani – Trainer Matt Smith reported that a subsequent endoscopic examination of the mare did not reveal any abnormalities, however, the mare was since found to have a chip in its near-side fetlock. Smith added that Princess Ailani would now undergo surgery to remove the chip and undertook to trial the mare prior to racing again.

KEMBLA GRANGE – April 28

Race 1: Arabian Hawk – Trainer Anthony Cummings reported that the gelding had pulled up well and did not handle the heavy track conditions. He indicated he will endeavour to avoid a heavy track with Arabian Hawk for the remainder of this preparation.

RANDWICK – April 25

Race 5: Marwood – Stable foreman R Hewitsson stated that the gelding had pulled up well and the results of an endoscopic examination had been clear. The stable has submitted a veterinary clearance to that effect.
