Post Race Horse Reports - June 13-16

Post race horse reports from recent NSW and Victorian meetings.

ROSEHILL June 13

RACE 4: Trainer John Sargent reported that Mr One Eleven pulled up with swelling to all four legs, for which it had been treated, possibly for a virus or allergic reaction. Mr One Eleven will be freshened up and then trial.

FLEMINGTON June 13

RACE 3: Northroza’s trainer Mick Price reported the filly had strained its near side sacroiliac (back) and would now be spelled for six weeks.

RACE 4: Cooldini - the stable of trainer Robert Smerdon has advised that the gelding has pulled up well and will be continuing on with preparation.

RACE 7: Piran’s co-trainer Mr Mat Ellerton advised that the filly has pulled up well and will be continuing on with her preparation.

RACE 9: Honourable Aussie - the stable of trainer Darren Weir have advised that the gelding has pulled up satisfactorily and will be pressing on with his preparation.

SALE June 14

RACE 3: Dabbleoncoomoora’s trainer Greg Eurell has reported that the filly has pulled up okay, but they are unsure at this stage of her future and will confirm this over the next week.

WARRNAMBOOL June 14

RACE 4: Trainer Daniel Bowman has advised that Honour System has pulled up well and will be continuing on with her preparation.

RACE 7: Anvil Green’s trainer Colin Chandler has reported that the gelding pulled up satisfactorily, but will be leaving the stable.

GEELONG June 16

RACE 3: Saving Winston’s trainer Stephen Theodore reported that the gelding had pulled up well following the event, and it was the stable’s intention to continue with the horse’s current preparation.

RACE 6: Half A Hero’s trainer Stephen Brown reported that the gelding had pulled well following its disappointing performance and in his opinion may not have been suited by the synthetic surface. He added that the stable would be pushing ahead with the gelding’s current preparation.

RACE 8: Heavenly Dancer’s trainer Robbie Griffiths reported that the mare coughed on several occasions following the event and he added it was the stable’s intention to continue the mare’s current preparation.

RACE 9: Sebrings Choice’s trainer Jason Petch reported that the mare pulled up well following the event, however would be sent for a short freshen up prior to continuing the current preparation.
