WARWICK FARM – July 15

RACE 2: Katinka – trainer Chris Waller reported the filly had pulled up well, however, would now be spelled.

RACE 4: Ashkannd – trainer Chris Waller reported that the gelding sustained a minor laceration to the near-hind leg, for which it had been treated, and he will continue on with its preparation.

RANDWICK July 11

RACE 3: Trainer Michael Kent reported that an endoscopic examination of Hula Lua had revealed the presence of significant mucus in the airways. Hula Lua has been treated with a course of antibiotics and a veterinary clearance will be lodged in due course with RVL stewards. In all circumstances, stewards removed the trial embargo placed on Hula Lua.

RACE 6: Trainer Joe Pride reported that Alias had pulled up well and he will continue on with its preparation.

RACE 8: Allez Chival – trainer Lauri Wray reported that a scope of the mare revealed some mucous in the trachea and confirmed her advice that Allez Chival will be spelled.

Selectify - trainer Kris Lees reported the horse had pulled up well and he will continue on with its preparation

KEMBLA GRANGE – July 6

RACE 8: Sunguera – Stewards further interviewed trainer David Vandyke and owners' representative Mr B Vassallo regarding the future race career of the gelding, which has now suffered two episodes of cardiac arrhythmia. Vandyke presented the results of an echocardiographic examination of the heart, the results being within normal limits.

The stewards ruled that Sunguera be spelled for a minimum period of three months and that prior to trialling or racing it must be subjected to an exercise stress test, including the monitoring of its ECG. Subsequent to satisfactory results being received, Sunguera will be required to trial on two occasions with its heart rate being monitored after each trial by the official veterinarian. Sunguera is currently spelling. Mr Vassallo advised that the owners of the gelding would now consider the racing future of Sunguera.

MOONEE VALLEY July 15

RACE 1: Dynasty Queen - trainer Sane Nicols has advised that the filly has pulled up slightly sore in her back and fetlock, but will be continuing on with her preparation.

RACE 8: Gloop - trainer Patrick Ryan has advised that Gloop has pulled up fine, but is sending him to spell.

WARRNAMBOOL July 12

Race 4: Niki Piki Milo - the stable of trainer Robert Smerdon have confirmed that the filly has pulled up well and is continuing on with her preparation.

WARRACKNABEAL July 12

RACE 4: Sondaica - trainer Luke Oliver has advised that the gelding has pulled up satisfactorily and is continuing on.

FLEMINGTON July 11

RACE 1: Ayda - trainer Colin Alderson has confirmed that the filly is going for a spell.

RACE 2: Trainer Patrick Payne has advised Husson Eagle is going for a spell.

Face Forward - trainer Mathew Ellerton advised that the filly will now be sent to spell.

The stable of trainer Mick Price have reported that Valderrama is now going to spell.

RACE 5: Trainer Mr Saab Hasan has advised that Pure Karma has now been sent to spell.

RACE 6: Lucy’s Look - the stable of trainer Chris Waller have advised that the filly has pulled up well and is going to be continuing on with her preparation.

Cooldini - the stable of trainer Mr Robert Smerdon have advised that the gelding has pulled up well and is continuing on with its preparation.

SALE – July 9

RACE 5: Do As I Do - trainer Mr David Brideoake advised that the filly pulled up fine however will now be spelled.
