NSW and Victorian post race horse reports October 14-31.

NSW

ROSEHILL October 31

RACE 2: Lady Le Fay bled from both nostrils. Trainer Chris Waller was advised that a three month embargo from racing would be imposed and Lady Le Fay will be required to gallop before Stewards or barrier trial before racing again.

RACE 4: Stable representative Brad Widdup reported that Chamarel had pulled up well.

RACE 9: Murvate bled from one nostril. Trainer Chris Waller was advised that Murvate will be required to gallop before stewards or barrier trial before racing again.

Stable representative M Dilmi reported that Tree Of Jesse had pulled up well. A veterinary inspection, including a lung washed performed yesterday, was clear of any abnormalities.

BROADMEADOW October 31

RACE 5: Flaunting bled from one nostril. Trainer Chris Waller was advised that Flaunting will be required to gallop before Stewards or barrier trial before racing again.

GOSFORD October 29

RACE 7: He's Our Toy Boy’s stable representative Shannon Perry reported that the gelding had pulled up well following its disappointing performance and it is the stable's intention to continue on with its preparation.

CANTERBURY October 28

RACE 2: Trainer Joe Pride reported that Eleni Whirl had pulled up well with no abnormalities and it is the intention to continue with the mare's preparation. He added it is his intention to endeavour to find the lead at its next race start, which he felt was the main factor in respect to the disappointing performance in that the mare was not able to lead.

CANTERBURY October 23

RACE 3: Northern Lyric’s stable representative L Jelfs advised that the gelding had pulled up well, however, he had now been transferred back to the Euroa stables and would have its next race start in Melbourne

CRANBOURNE October 29

RACE 4: Trainer Stuart Webb advised that Wolf Eyes pulled up satisfactorily and will be continuing on.

RACE 7: Millau – Trainer Colin Little advised that the gelding pulled up well and is continuing on.

TATURA October 27

RACE 5: Old Tom – Trainer Phil Sweeny advised that the gelding had jarred up and did not handle the firm track.

HAMILTON October 25

RACE 3: Florever Special - Trainer Simon Wilde advised the gelding pulled up well and post-race vet exam showed up clear, he will be pressing on with his preparation.

MOONEE VALLEY October 24

RACE 4: Mawahibb’s co-trainer Wayne Hawkes advised that the colt reached the end of its preparation and has been sent for a spell.

RACE 9: Complacent’s trainer John O’Shea advises that the horse has pulled up fine, however will now be sent for a spell.

The stable of trainer Chris Waller advised that Kermadec pulled up well and is now going for a spell.

MORNINGTON October 23

RACE 4: Trainer Bevan Laming has advised that No Alibi Needed has pulled up satisfactorily and is continuing on.

MOONEE VALLEY October 23

RACE 3: The stable of trainer Darren Weir reported that Akzar pulled up fine and it is the intention to proceed to the Kyneton Cup on November 4.

CAULFIELD October 14

Trainer Robert Smerdon reported that Real Time was going for throat surgery after a post-race dynamic scope revealed that he has billowing from the soft pallet.
