Sydney Spring Carnival Now On Sale

The Australian Turf Club has released tickets to the Sydney Spring Carnival with a clear message to the community; book early and save.

Running across six consecutive Saturdays at Rosehill Gardens and Royal Randwick from 8 September to 13 October, the Sydney Spring Carnival promises world-class racing with six Group One races, record prize money, stunning fashion and fantastic entertainment in Australia’s global city.

Early bookers can purchase tickets priced lower than Spring Carnival prices in 2017 and will be able to save up to 40% on a General Admission ticket if they purchase before 31 July.

Group bookings of 10 people or more can also reap huge savings of up to 50% off the price of a ticket at the gate.

The special introductory offer includes adult tickets to the second running of the world’s richest race on turf, the $13m The Everest, which can be purchased for just $25 during this ‘best price’ sale period, with further savings for group bookers and concessions.

The popular Punters Pack, which includes admission, two drinks and a complimentary food offer will be available during the Carnival from $39.99, however patrons will need to purchase early with only 1000 being available each of the six days.

Acting Chief Executive, James Heddo has urged racegoers to get in early to book their place at the highlight of Sydney’s racing and entertainment calendar.

“We have an exciting Sydney Spring Carnival ahead of us with each of our six Carnival Days offering a unique guest experience,” he said.

“With adult tickets starting at just $12 when booked early, we are inviting all Sydney-siders to join us during this exciting period when the global racing community descends on our great city.

“The inaugural Everest was almost at capacity in 2017 and we will shortly be announcing an international act to headline the post-racing festivities so we recommend booking soon to ensure you don’t miss out.”

Hospitality products for the Sydney Spring Carnival also go on sale, offering an array of appetising race day experiences and price points.

Trackside dining includes restaurants, exclusive marquees, syndicated dining, private suites and bars, all designed for guests to celebrate Spring racing in style with friends, family, colleagues and clients.

The Carnival opens with Run To The Rose Day on Saturday 8 September which along with Golden Rose Day (22 September) are the two features days at Western Sydney’s, Rosehill Gardens.

Royal Randwick will host four Carnival days; Colgate Optic White Stakes Day (15 September), TAB Epsom Day on the October Long Weekend (29 September), Spring Champion Stakes Day (6 October) and concludes with The Everest on 13 October.
