Uni Time wins The Spirit Of Boom Classic, Listed, $100,000 at Ascot, 1400m.

At start 11, Uni Time continued his ultra consistent form taking his record to six wins and five placings and making his first attempt at stakes class a winning one. He settled worse than midfield (rails) while the first two streaked away down the side.

The tearaways came back to the field from the 600m and Uni Time moved out but was in traffic at the 300m. He weaved through and caught the leaders at the 100m, edged into the lead himself then held on gamely by a short neck.

Flow was a distant fifth at the 600m, ran up to third at the 200m, co-led at the 100m but was outfinished.

Wrinkly was second into the straight, did well to co-lead at the 100m but was also outfinished while Arcadia Prince ran on well from the back to be not far away in fourth
