Coming out of the Leon Macdonald and Andrew Gluyas stable and putting his best foot forward Pearl Bandit  was handy to the lead throughout the event.

Trainer Will Clarken continued his good success rate when the three-year-old Extremely Lucky took out the 1050 metre second race.

Ridden by crowd favourite Jamie Kah, Extremely Lucky  came from a midfield position with a strong run late in the event to win convincingly.

Having his second run for the Ashton Downing stable Cashin' Chex  took out the 1200 metre third race.

Guided to victory by John Allen Cashin' Chex came from a rearward position on the home turn and came wide with a withering run in the straight to meet with success.

The Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr continued their good run at the Adelaide Autumn Carnival when the two-year-old Maximillius  won the 1200 metre Group 3 David R Coles AM Stakes which was run over 1200 metres.

Guided to a narrow victory by jockey Mark Zahra Maximillius led all the way.

After running a solid second in the Group 2 Queen of the South Stakes a fortnight ago Foxy Frida went one better when she took out the listed Centaurea Stakes of 2015 metres.

Prepared at the Ballarat stable of Andrew Noblet and having the services of Billy Egan Foxy Frida was seen running on from a midfield position and will now be spelled ahead of a springtime preparation.

The training combination of Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr brought up their second major winner for the day when The Amazonian took out the Group 3 SA Fillies Classic of 2500 metres sixth race.

Giving her rider Mark Zahra his second winner for the afternoon The Amazonian settled in a good position before going on to win.

The father and son training combination of Tony and Calvin McEvoy ended a great association to SA Racing when the five-year-old mare Belle Plaisir took out the 1600 metre R A Lee Stakes.

Ridden by Barend Vorster Belle Plaisir settled at the rear of the field before taking a rails-run to win the Group 3 event.

Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr finished off a magnificent Adelaide Autumn Carnival for themselves when Lombardo won the Group 1 Goodwood Handicap which was run over 1200 metres.

Steered to victory by Zac Spain and making his race record at Morphettville read five wins from five starts Lombardo led all the way.

Seradess made it two wins for as many starts when she took out the final event of the Adelaide Autumn Racing Carnival which was run over 1200 metres.

Trained at Flemington by Mark and Levi Kavanagh and guided to victory by Craig Williams Seradess was an all the way winner.
