Michelle Payne burst into stardom when landing the 2015 Melbourne Cup aboard Prince Of Penzance.

Victory in "the race that stops a nation" transformed Payne's life and she is now not only still a successful jockey, but has taken up training, whilst combining both roles as a broadcaster.

Payne, who was in Britain, for Royal Ascot is now off to Ireland and could be in action at the Curragh on Saturday.

In this wide-ranging interview with Nick Luck, Payne discusses her career, the impact her victory had as a woman in sport and her ambitions going forward.
