Wren’s Breath wins the Yeomanstown Stud Irish EBF Stakes at Naas
Elzaam (Redoute’s Choice) sired his fifth stakes winner when Wren’s Breath (3 f ex Babylonian by Shamardal) ran out an impressive winner of the Yeomanstown Stud Irish EBF Stakes (Listed, 6f) at Naas on Wednesday. The Henry De Bromhead-trained filly who was only having her second start came with a late run on the grandstand rail to win comfortably by three quarters of a length over More Beautiful (War Front) with a further two lengths back to Teresa Mendoza (Territories) back in third. Wren’s Breath is raced by her breeder Peter Molony.
The Australian-bred Elzaam stands at Ballyhane Stud where his 2021 fee was €4,000.
