Fresh up from an unlucky third at Group 2 level back in March, True Enough had the perfect run this time and won well to score win seven (maiden stakes) from 16 career starts.
He was always handy, fifth early then fourth and held the rail all the way to the top of the straight.
Presented with a lovely split at the 200m he ran up to challenge at the 100m then took over, a half length in front when it mattered.
The Mitigator led off the back straight, led them around the bend and into the straight where he tried to slip clear. He was collared inside the 100m but held on well for second.
Hanger improved from the 600m, ran wide into the straight and finished well for third while Magnum tracked him into the straight and also finished well for fourth.
