In form-sprinter King Arthur will be out to extend his winning streak to five when he lines up against a good field in a class 2 over 1100m on the Kranji all weather on Saturday.
Donna Logan's four-year-old made it four wins in a row at this track last week when taking over a long way out and fighting strongly to give him a record at this course of five wins and three placings from eight attempts.
Wong sticks with him through that win and while he takes a step up in grade he is suited dropping in the weights.
King Arthur has the speed to take advantage of the rails draw and looks tough to beat again.
Ararat Lady looks a danger second up.
The six-year-old made a good return after six months of the sidelines, chasing well for second over this distance.
She has won a trial since then and is a two-time second-up winner.
Ararat Lady gets a favourable draw and it wouldn't surprise if she ended King Arthur's winning run.
Nowyousee is another to do a good job when resuming where he sat on the pace and kept chasing for third on the turf.
He is much better served on the surface that has produced all seven of his career wins and he hasn't missed a place in 10 tries at the distance, winning four of them.
Entertainer is another that ticks boxes from a track and trip point of view.
He beat Ararat Lady last start to give him seven from 10 at the distance and seven from 12 at the course.
He is proven third up so could go on with the job.
Darc Bounty worked home well to finish third behind Entertainer when resuming last start.
He will be improved by that outing so can get into the finish.
Good luck and happy punting.
